In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pvp777 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all balances withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of pvp777, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from pvp777 under these Terms or any prior version thereof.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the pvp777 platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or household-shared accounts with the intention of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time.

pvp777 reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute an endorsement of any particular activity by the Member.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials — including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. pvp777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

All deposits and withdrawals on pvp777 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pvp777 supports the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000 for e-wallets. Maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000 for bank transfers unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits that exceed stated limits may be returned to the originating account.

Processing times: Bank transfers during banking hours (07.00–22.00 WIB) typically settle within 5 minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly. pvp777 does not guarantee specific deposit processing windows and will not be liable for delays caused by banking infrastructure, maintenance windows, or public holidays including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified payment methods registered to the same account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pvp777 targets a withdrawal processing window of 1–24 hours for verified accounts; complex cases or high-value withdrawals may take up to 5 business days. pvp777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

pvp777 does not charge administrative fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which pvp777 accepts no liability.

pvp777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is displayed prominently on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of stake; slot games typically contribute 100% of stake; live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The specific contribution table is published on each promotion's detail page.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated on the individual promotion, typically 7–30 calendar days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Member's account without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Member: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one welcome bonus or deposit bonus may be claimed per Member, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method during the promotional period.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless otherwise stated, maximum winnings that may be converted from bonus funds to withdrawable balance are capped at Rp 10.000.000 or 5× the bonus amount, whichever is lower.
• Abuse Prevention: pvp777 reserves the right to cancel bonus awards, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms is identified.

All bets placed on pvp777 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game type. General provisions applicable to all betting and gaming activity are as follows:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until pvp777's system generates a unique bet reference number and displays a confirmation screen. pvp777 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Member's side.
• Odds Errors: In the event that odds or prices are published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction, pvp777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Member accounts. This applies to sports betting, live In-Play markets, and fixed-odds casino games alike.
• Mix Parlay (Multi-Leg Accumulator) Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a payout. Any voided leg within a mix parlay reduces the accumulator by that selection, with the remaining legs continuing. One voided leg does not void the entire accumulator unless only one leg remains.
• Asian Handicap & Voor Bola: Voor bola (Asian Handicap betting, a format where one side is given a goal advantage to level the contest) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules, including half-win, half-loss, and push outcomes for split handicap lines.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement. These limits may vary by market, event type, and Member account tier.
• Live In-Play Betting: pvp777 offers live In-Play betting on eligible events. Markets may be suspended at any point during live events at pvp777's discretion, particularly during critical match events. Bets placed during suspension periods will be void.
• Game Rules — Casino: Each casino game (slots, live baccarat, roulette, crash games) is governed by the specific rules of that game title as provided by its publisher — including studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. pvp777 does not modify base game mechanics.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pvp777 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity manipulation.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorization from pvp777.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or bonus structures in a manner that is designed to generate guaranteed profit rather than engage in genuine recreational play.
• Laundering money or using pvp777 for any transaction related to illegal activity.
• Attempting to access another Member's account, or sharing account credentials with any third party.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pvp777 staff or other Members.

pvp777 is required to verify the identity of its Members as part of its commitment to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and player protection. KYC verification may be triggered at any point, including but not limited to:

• Prior to processing the first withdrawal from a Member's account.
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed defined thresholds.
• Upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• As part of a routine account review.

When KYC verification is required, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID such as Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, or driving license.

• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or your voluntary disclosure of account credentials.
• Any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond pvp777's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, or major public health events.

Where pvp777's liability cannot be fully excluded at law, pvp777's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the pvp777 platform — including but not limited to the pvp777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pvp777 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, recreational use as a registered Member. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pvp777 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform's software.

Termination by pvp777: pvp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, violation of the one-account policy, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal or reputational risk to pvp777.

Termination by the Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting pvp777 support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus funds not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, your license to use the platform is immediately revoked. pvp777 retains the right to maintain records of your account activity for the period required by applicable AML and data retention regulations, subject to the pvp777 Privacy Policy.

pvp777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pvp777 will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the pvp777 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the regulatory framework under which pvp777 holds its operating license. pvp777 operates under internationally recognized gaming standards and maintains compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first contact pvp777's support team to seek an informal resolution. pvp777 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Class action proceedings are expressly waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
